All Decoys and merchandise on this site will be sold as is and represented to the best of my ability. If you are interested in the products, more pictures can be requested, and I will accommodate requests in a timely manner. Sales will be cash or check and payments sent directly to Susquehanna Decoys LLC. Shipping and insurance will be determined once a purchase is agreed upon and will be added to the total. I will honor a reasonable seven day return policy. Once a decoy is sold and not returned, I will replace the image with new decoys. I will be fair and honest, and I am dedicated to your satisfaction as well as making your purchase a positive one. Jim Currier Canvasback pair. All original paint, hand chopped right out of Jim’s shop. Jim Currier is the most underrated maker from Havre De Grace, MD and his decoys are truly handcrafted and not off of a machine. These decoys were found in a rig and are excellent examples. $475.00 pair

Animal Trap D-45 Widgeon pair. All original paint and very good condition matched pair from same rig. These Widgeon were found in a collection in Lititz, Pa. D-45 models were produced with wooden bodies and plastic heads. Excellent Example $ 750 pair

Ed Blevins Lancaster Pa sleeping canvasback drake. Ed hunted with Art Boxleitner on the Susquehanna River and surrounding marshes. This decoy was made in the 1980’s and is signed by Ed. $125

Norris Pratt Kemblesville, Pa. High Head Canvasback decoy pair. This is a well-made pair of Canvasbacks in all original paint and form with glass eyes. Norris was a hunter who did not seem to paint any of his decoys as they are usually painted by another maker. These decoys appear to be painted in Havre De Grace style but signed on the bottom by Norris 1968. Norris was friends with many carvers including the Wards, thus his many paint jobs. $650

Charlie Bryan Middle River MD Bluebill Pair. These are a matched pair in all original paint and signed by Charlie $350

Upper Bay drake bluebill decoy. This appears to be a rehead upper bay, possibly Graham decoy in hunted over condition. The body has a shelf, but the head does not quite sit right on it. No keel but looks like it had an iron horseshoe weight. $175

Thomas Eshenbaugh Redhead Pair. All original paint and form. Tom was a decoy maker from the Harrisburg, PA area and did not make many decoys other than his hunting rig and for several others. He visited the Ward brothers many times to learn how to paint and his hunts in the field are well documented in his diaries. These decoys have Tom’s copper tag on the bottom along with his rigging and keel. $500

Gundlefinger wood products decoy from St Louis Missouri. This factory produced decoys from 1925 to 1929 in Jefferson City. These are very old, and this one looks to be original paint. A nice early decoy. $200

R Madison Mitchell Canvasback Pair from the Havre de Grace carver. They are in all original paint and solid gunned over decoys. They will be sold as a pair $350

Upper Bay Canvasback Maryland Not sure of the maker but I was told it could be a Leonard Pryor, but just unsure. It is a really nice old gunning bird with wear from many years of work on the water. All wood with a lead weight and ring. I can supply more pics, just text me. $150

Captain Harry Jobes Havre de Grace Md GWT Teal pair. These are all original paint and never gunned made for display. They are signed and dated 1979. 250$ pair

Herter’s’ Waseca MN cloth over cork Mallard pair. These decoys are in all original shape and condition model #339 made from 1939 to 1943. They are being sold as the pair for one price. $600

Animal Trap (Lititiz PA /Pascagoula MS) Factory Blue Wing Teal decoy pair. This is the D-4 model made from pop ash in all original paint and unused condition. This pair of decoys has the rubber ink stamp on the bottom and were made right before WW2. My article on the Animal Trap company can be found in Decoy magazine and gives the history of these decoys. Great near mint condition $475 pair

Animal Trap Company Lititz, PA Widgeon Pair. This is the D45 model papier mache decoys made in Lititz in 1946. They are in all original paint and condition with some in use wear but still solid. Early Pintail Pair Made by Macal Dukoy factory in Washington. This factory-made decoys from 1945 to 1955 and are difficult to find intact. This is a matched pair with good stitching and the ink stamp on the bottom. Great factory pair $160

Walter Eveler Canvas back from Delta Pa. This is an all-original paint and carved by Eveler to gun over. This was purchased directly from Eveler and was never rigged or used. $80

Robert “Bob” McGaw Havre de Grace, MD Canvasback hen. This decoy was repainted and used by Dale Smith of Windsor, PA and has Dale’s tag on the bottom. It retains Bob’s weight but has Dale’s paint and leather strap. Great crossover decoy $250

Columbus “Lum” Fletcher (1867-1942)all wood canvasback Hen. He was a Maryland gunner from Swan Creek MD and was a hunting and fishing guide in and around Havre de Grace MD. $325

George Runkle, Brogue PA hen canvasback. This decoy has the Runkle Stamp on the bottom and the maker is referenced in Dave Buckwalter’s Book Susquehanna River decoys. Appears to be original paint and form and are all very similar. The birds from this maker are similar to Walt Eveler’s and may have been copied from them $250

Animal Trap company Lititz, PA D-4 Imperial model Canvasback drake. This model was introduced in 1957 as a wooden decoy with a magnum size for hunting large water. This decoy is in all original paint and condition with an ink stamp and appears to have never been hunted over. It is missing one glass eye and have it priced to sell. $110

Miles Hancock Chincoteague VA Bluebill drake. This a hand chopped decoy made by Miles for gunning. It has a weight and staple ring for line. It appears to have original paint or early Hancock overpaint and tack eyes. $400

Madison Mitchell Havre De Grace Up the River model Canvasback Hen. These bigger body Mitchell decoys were made for hunters that hunted upriver mostly in Lancaster and York County PA. This decoy was hunted over by Russel Moore from Columbia and has his original brass tag on the decoy. The Moore family were Lancaster County hunters and owned an ice factory in Columbia SOLD

Animal Tarp Company, Lititz, PA Blue Wing Teal Drake. 1946 D-4 Papier Mache Model with a paper label. The decoy is in all original paint and form with no breaks but does have some paint rub from use. This is still one of the rarest model decoys by this company and even in less shape a collectible decoy. $250

New Jersey unknown to me full size brant decoy. This is a hollow decoy and has an in-letted weight and spot for a line tie. It has glass eyes and appears to be in all original paint and form. this is definitely a gunning decoy. I can provide more pics, just text me. $250

Pratt Factory Joliet, Illinois Black duck decoy in feather finish model. It is in all original paint and condition and barely used retaining the great patina it left the factory with. $125

Victor Animal Trap company Lititz, PA Papier Mache Canvasback hen. This is the Victor Premier Magnum model in all original paint and condition. This decoy was never hunted over and is in great shape for its age. These decoys were produced in the 1940’s and 50’s and few remain due to their composition. $100

Scott Decoy Company all canvas pintail decoy. Scott decoys were made in Oakland and Stockton California from 1927 to 1954. This decoy is in all original condition and has a canvas bill. $100

John Glen (1876-1954) Rock Hall Md. This is hand chopped redhead drake in Glen paint and was possibly painted by his wife who helped him paint. It is rigged and was hunted over $250

WM Pratt Decoy Company Joliet Illinois 1921 to 1939 Redhead drake No 6F Feather finish in all original paint and condition. This is the longer body style and is the precursor to the Animal Trap longer decoys. $125

Unknown wooden Ice decoy from Maryland. This decoy was made specifically to hunt on ice and has a flatter profile designed to appear as it is on water. Not sure of the maker but it is upper bay style. $350

Scott Decoy company white fronted goose from Stockton California. This small decoy company made canvas stuffed decoys and to find such a rare species in this condition is a must for the factory collector. All original paint and form. $375

Animal Trap DO pair of pintails. These decoys are in all original paint and made in the Lititz PA plant, approx.1950. They are in all original paint and condition right out of the box. $100/pair

Rare Oscar Quam Canada Goose decoy Minneapolis MN. This company was known for their duck and goose calls but eventually made decoys out of cork. There are not many of this factory decoys found and to find one this good in original paint and condition is a must for any factory collector. $375

Herter’s Waseca Minnesota model 963 SCH perfect goose decoy. This model was all wood and was made from 1939 to 1956. This decoy is in all original shape and paint and a nice example for the Herter’s factory collector. $550

Upper bay Canvas back drake appears to be John B Graham( 1822-1911). It has traits of one of his early body styles with an upswept tail and flatter bottom with rounded bulbous back. Head fits body but may not be original but fits the decoy. $550

Ken Kirby New Jersey carver all original goose decoy made from the same style as a Mason goose decoy. This decoy has excellent form and paint and has a removable head. It is a life-size full body goose signed by the maker. $225

R Madison Mitchell Pintail drake Havre De Grace MD. This decoy is in all original paint and form straight from Mitchell’s shop. It is a more decorative bird with a flat bottom and nostrils on bill. $225

Jess Urie Canvasback Drake, Rock Hall MD. This is an all-original paint decoy in Urie paint and rigging. It has some in use wear and a check down the body underneath. Priced to sell. $175

Ken Harris Woodville NY decorative mallard pair. These decoys are some of the finest painted decoys and definitely have the McIntosh influence. They are flat bottom and never intended for use. They have felt bottoms with the Ken Harris burned in signature. The hen is spectacular, and both are in decorative great shape. $350/pair

Herter’s Waseca MN Eider decoy. This decoy has a flat bottom and is made of a hard wood. It is in all original paint and condition. Very collectible. $75

Herter’s Waseca MN cloth over cork hen mallard. This decoy is in excellent shape and condition. The model #339 made from 1939 to 1943. and just great preserved original condition. $125.00

Animal Trap company sleeping Blackduck in the wooden D4 model. It is in all original paint and condition and is made as a sleeper from the factory. It is a full-size decoy. $150
